SXSW WEEK!

It's SXSW week...finally!! Such great shows going on down in Austin, here's another schedule for Dickies Sounds SXSW Showcases beginning Thursday. Some great artists including Greg Laswell, Rogue Wave & The Temper Trap will peform for us!!

IN CASE YOU MISSED EM...

The National gave the world a little preview of their upcoming album. "Terrible Love" is the first single off the bands new album HIGH VIOLET, out in May. The band performed the first single on the Late Show with Jimmy Falon.

The boys will also be kicking off a tour, hitting L.A. in May.

THE RETURN OF THE BECK

For his first studio album in seven years, Grammy-winning guitarist and rock n roll legend Jeff Beck returns with an eclectic mix of tracks that find the guitar virtuoso accompanied by a handpicked cast of talented musicians, as well as several songs accompanied by a 64-piece orchestra. Rhino unleashes the Rock and Roll Hall of Famer’s restless genius with Emotion And Commotion. Ben Harper and Relentless 7 performed "Lay There and Hate Me" on the Tonight Show with Jay Leno. I happened to be in the audience that day too! I had a friend in town and she wanted to check out the show.

It was cool to hear him live...he has such an amazing voice. It sucks they only perform one song, but nonetheless it was good.
