A drunk Katy Perry took the stage for an impromptu performance last Saturday night at a bar in WeHo. She was there hanging out after performing earlier for the local radio KIIS Jingle Ball.
I was there and it was such a blast. The crowd went crazy! My friend even smacked her ass (you can see right around the 4:10 mark) - it was hot!
