Check out the trailer for the upcoming movie musical/opera, REPO! THE GENETIC OPERA. The film, based on a live show from the SAW creators, takes place in a not-too-distant future where organ loans are big business. The cast includes Alexa Vega, Sarah Brightman, Anthony Stewart Head (Giles from Buffy the Vampire Slayer), Paris Hilton and Paul Sorvino.
