INGRID MICHAELSON AND MAT KEARNEY ANNOUNCE CO-HEADLINE TOUR

Ingrid is out supporting her second full length, Everybody, which saw its release early last fall via her own Cabin 24 Records and OSR Music, while Mat released his latest record on Aware/Columbia records in May.

The slate of shows kicks off March 9 in Lancaster, PA, and winds down April 3 in Des Moines. If you're interested in attending a performance, please let me know and we'll coordinate! Also, if you've yet to hear Ingrid's new music we can fix that as well.

Ingrid recently performed her single "Maybe" on Ellen...check it out!

MEET GREG HOLDEN...

Since UK Singer/Songwriter Greg Holden started his “Living Room Series” on Youtube, he has been the worldwide ‘Featured Spotlight Artist’, had 3 of his videos Featured on their Home Page & has had over 700,000 views and counting.

In early 2008 Greg was invited to record new material with U2/David Gray producer Richard “Biff” Stannard. This all came just a few months after recording his debut EP, ‘Run, Don’t Walk’ (now available on iTunes), with producer Nunzio Signore at The Crib Studios in New York City. Greg returned from New York for a second time after completing his first full-length Album ‘A Word In Edgeways’, (also available on most digital music platforms including iTunes & Amazon).

Upon his return to the UK, Greg wowed audiences with his intimate yet powerful solo performances of his well-crafted, infectious melodies, steadily building him a loyal fan base. Recent collaborations include well-known writers Richard Causon (Ryan Adams/Rufus Wainwright) Jamie Hartman (Ben's Brother) & Sacha Skarbek (James Blunt/Bon Jovi/Sir Paul McCartney).

YOU will be able to catch him on the road whith Ingrid Michaelson when she kicks off her upcoming tour next week! By the sounds of this song and his exposure with Ingrid...looks like BIG things are about to happen! And it couldn't happen to a nicer guy...

THIS IS MY WINTER SONG

'Winter Song' is a great one to add to your holiday playlist. Check out Sara Bareilles and Ingrid Michaelson behind the scenes recording their latest track. It's such a great song to listen to cuddled up next to your love with some hot chocolate and a fire place. It gets me in the mood...for x-mas/winter that is!

IN CASE YOU MISSED EM...

Sara Bareilles and Ingrid Michaelson were on The Tonight Show with Jay Leno to perform their duet 'Winter Song.' These two are HOT and make beautiful music together.

You can pick up this song on the Hotel Cafe winter compilation that is out now!

JUST A FEW MORE HOURS!

I know it's been a long week, and this day just seems to be getting longer, but have no fear the weekend is almost here! I have been listening to this song on rotation to help me get through this day.

It's "Keep Breathing" by Ingrid Michaelson, and it's totally appropriate for this moment in my life. I so need a drink after this week...

CORNFIELD BY THE REST STOP

Ingrid Michaelson and crew created this silly little video on a stop along her tour. It's funny!

Looks like those late night bus trips make you a little crazy...

Ingrid also wants you to be in her next video. Check out a comment she had posted on myspace.

Hey Guys,

Hope everyone is well. Please check this out, it means a lot to me and if you all participated, it would rock my world.

...xo Ingrid

The people spoke and we listened. Ingrid is releasing an ep around her BRAND NEW TRACK, "Be Ok" along with new recordings of songs not found anywhere but her live show...and all because you asked for it! To be included in a music video (and possibly more) please put the words "Be Ok" somewhere on your face and take a picture and send it to beok@ingridmichaelson. com.

The best part is that some of the proceeds of The Be Ok EP will go to SU2C, a new initiative to treat and eradicate all kinds of cancer. Stay tuned for more details. And spread the word.

ANOTHER ARTIST CHECKS IN...

Remember this commercial from last fall? I remember going nuts trying to figure out who the lucky lady was to score the Old Navy campaign. A singer/songwriter from New York was the one with the GOLDEN TICKET!

Ingrid Michaelson's career exploded a few weeks after her song played over and over, advertising those warm Old Navy sweaters. Old Navy took Ingrid to new heights and jump started her career. Most notably, Ingrid was able to showcase her music for the millions of fans that tune in to watch Grey's Anatomy each week. Michaelson's music was chosen for the soundtrack and for scenes throughout the show.

Finally, I get the opportunity to check Ingrid out for myself. Michaelson is one of the artists on the lineup for the Hotel Cafe tour that hits LA this weekend. Tickets for Saturdays show are SOLD OUT, but there should be some tickets available for Sundays show at the El Rey.
