This band was featured in last Monday's episode of The Hills. The Cab is a band out of Las Vegas and is signed to the Fueled By Ramon/Decaydance label, which has a bunch of other hit bands (Fall Out Boy, Panic at the Disco, Paramore, etc...).

I hope to be there to catch the entire set this time, cuz I missed most of it at Coachella this past year. Since Coachella, this band has been doing big things, so I'm excited for this one!

THE SAINTS GO MARCHNG IN

It has just been announced that ALL THE SAINTS have just signed to Touch And Go Records. Find out what's in store for these boys in the upcoming months, and check out their album that was just released this past Tuesday.

We could not be happier to announce that All the Saints have joined the roster here at Touch and Go Records! The band's scorching debut album Fire On Corridor X will be released in North America digitally on September 9th and on wax November 4th (all formats available in Europe November 3/UK November 17). The CD version of Fire On Corridor X is available now on Killer Pimp Records.

Climbing a wall of sound imbued with equal amounts of noise and melody, All the Saints' Fire On Corridor X rains down in sonic sheets. The debut full length from this crew may be steeped in a heavy psych/drone tradition, but under the din lay songs that contradict the cacophony.

Comprised of singer/guitarist Matt Lambert, bassist/co-vocalist Titus Brown, and drummer Jim Crook, All the Saints is an Atlanta-by-way-of-Alabama behemoth, a power trio with wattage to spare. All the Saints will go out on the road with A Place To Bury Strangers for a handful of shows in late October, including a stop at CMJ New Music Marathon.

Psychedelic yet direct, raging but tuneful, expect to hear plenty more from All the Saints in the coming months.

DYING TO SAY THIS TO YOU

Woot Woot...FRIDAY IS HERE! This was a great week for show announcements. Not only did I find out that Low vs Diamond was playing with The Tings Tings, but my other all time favorite band just announced a stop in L.A.

THE SOUNDS will be playing the NEWLY REVAMPED Hollywood Palladium on November 20th for one of their annual stops in L.A. I guess it's kind of become tradition for them to play here at least once a year. Anyway, they are in the studio as we speak and plan to give us a sample from their forthcoming album.

Lady Adele had to cancel some dates on her latest tour due to some home issues. It totally sucks - I was so looking forward to seeing her again. If you had tickets to the show, call ticketmaster and get your $$ back!

Hey everyone,Im so sorry ive been so slow in responding to you all about the cancellation of my German, Japan and U.S dates. Theres some problems at home that ive had to stay and sort out, and at the moment there stopping me from being away for any long period of time. I was really looking forward to touring again and throwing myself back into it all. But my home life needs more attention right now. I apologise from the bottom of my heart for disappointing you all, im truly gutted!Ive come to new york for a week to do some tv's and radio, plus I will be playing my show at webster hall tomorrow night. But that's all I can commit to right now. I hope I can make it up to you in the future!!

I missed it last night, but every Tuesday in September this band is doing a FREE show at the Key Club on Sunset. This band is getting huge buzz, so CHECK EM OUT NOW while its still FREE!

thenewno2, the trippy, quasi electronic, quasi classic rock band, is playing a weekly set of dates at the Key Club in Los Angeles. The band fronted by Dhani Harrison (and let's not be coy, he is indeed George Harrison's son, not Jerry Harrison from the Talking Heads, or Harry Harrison from WABC-AM radio as you may have been led to believe) with drummer, percussionist, synth player Oli Hecks.

The next date is Tuesday, September 16, starting time 10 PM and will play the next few Tuesdays of the month.



The debut album, you are here, is already available on iTunes and a physical release will come either this fall or early next year.
